Let’s take a deep dive - the Captain Nemo approach.
Captain Nemo is the infamous antagonist (although it’s complicated) of Jules Verne’s 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea, who takes the reader on a journey through the world’s oceans aboard his submarine, The Nautilus. And, much like Captain Nemo, we’ll be diving a bit deeper into whatever strategic dilemma or question you’re dealing with during this two hour appointment where we’ll workshop ideas, pitches, and alternative approaches with you and your team (up to two additional members from your organization).
Outcomes from this appointment will be a short strategic write-up of the conclusions and relevant factors to the discussion. You can submit these documents with updates on the topics we discussed within three months for a discounted follow-on session. Please send all relevant documents (e.g. pitch decks, value propositions, etc.) via the scheduling portal on this page.
This session is ideal for:
business leaders seeking a low-spend analysis with an organizational strategy expert to help sharpen/define a general strategic approach;
organizational leaders who suspect there to be inefficiencies within their organization or network, but who need help figuring out where they are and which factors exacerbate them;
one-year outlooks on current and alternative approaches, which may yield new avenues for value creation/capture;
idea- to early-stage founders who are in the process of launching their startup service or product;
institutional actors seeking to gain a better understanding of the ramifications of political mechanisms within their domain.
Fun fact: as an homage to Captain Nemo’s misanthropism (which again, depending on your own personal interpretation, may obfuscate him into being a relatable antagonist or a tragic protagonist), Point Nemo is the name of the single most remote part of Planet Earth. That is, a point in the Pacific Ocean which is furthest (2,600+ km) from any shoreline.
Clients who can verify that they’ve visited Point Nemo receive a 40% discount on all Mojavian services. Respect.
